Tatiana Blades
With 21yrs of experience and over 1200 successful events in live entertainment, talent management, and show production, Tatiana founded AURA to provide high-caliber performances. Under her leadership, AURA has flourished, curating exclusive, high-energy experiences for luxury events, corporate functions, and high-profile brands. Her education and experience as a musician and performer fuels her passion for authenticity and artistry, Tatiana ensures every performance is exceptional, authentic, and unforgettable.
Tatiana’s partner in crime is her dog Bowie, a ball of immeasurable energy! When she’s not curating performances she is either on stage singing with her band or busy trying to save the world one dog at a time through an animal charity she is developing, Paw Heart Society / Foundation.
When asked, what project she has been the most difficult and fulfilling during here time at AURA, Tatiana replies:
One of my proudest achievements is being the Entertainment Director of the Art with Me Festival, 3hrs consecutively; Copa Room – a broadway style production; and being the entertainment provider for the past 14yrs to the Hearts and Stars Charity Gala. That being said, I cherish and am grateful for every opportunity to be creative and live what I love.
Anastasiia K.
Anastasia keeps AURA’s talent running like a well-oiled machine – responsible for onboarding and managing talent schedules, overseeing talent roster, she makes sure each event features the perfect blend of talent to bring a client’s vision to life. With degrees in theater and music from New York’s New School University, she traded the spotlight for backstage hustle and hasn’t looked back. Her proudest AURA moment is working at the Art with Me festival. When she’s not working with AURA talent or keeping the calendar in check, Anastasia spends her time melting in hot yoga classes or chasing after her adorable toddler, Penelope.
When asked, what she loves most about working at AURA, Anastasia replies:
“The AURA team has truly become my family here in Miami.
I love the thrill and flexibility that this job offers. No two days are ever alike, which is fantastic!”
Andres P.
On event days, a crucial point of contact, overseeing onsite operations and ensuring that talent and logistics align for a smooth, efficient performance. He works closely with the Talent Manager to support performers, manage schedules, and handle any unforeseen challenges, ensuring smooth execution from rehearsals to showtime. What keeps him going is the crazy, unpredictable energy of live events and when he’s not in the middle of the action, you’ll find him recharging.
When asked, what he loves most about working at AURA, Andres replies:
“Every day is a new experience. I love that this job keeps me on my toes. That I have to adapt to many obstacles that arise. I love the people I work with, from the performers to everyone in the back of the house. This team knows how to back everyone up, no one is out to get anyone, and everyone is truly here to help you achieve the goals you have set for yourself.”
Mine O.
An important role in ensuring smooth coordination across all aspects of production. From assisting performers to supporting technical staff, Miné helps keep everything on track, ensuring no detail is overlooked and that the event progresses without a hitch. When she’s not creating new marketing strategies, updating AURA’s Social Media accounts, or helping out with an AURA production, Miné is dying in a dance studio or belting out lyrics during a recording session.
When asked, what she loves most about working at AURA, Miné replies:
“I’m the newest member at AURA, however since the first day, I feel like I’ve worked here for years and that is because of the supportive group of people I work with. I also love the unpredictability of each production and how they each call for their own way to solve a unique problem.”
Mary P
Ensuring every performer looks their best while maintaining the longevity of AURA’s iconic costumes. Mary is responsible for maintaining AURA’s extensive wardrobe inventory, ensuring that all costumes are in top condition for shows. She handles repairs, upkeep, and restoration of pieces that have been worn during shows, as well as finding creative ways to revive retired costumes.
Every sequin, every altered hem, every last-minute repair? That’s her love language.
When asked what’s the best part about her job?
“AURA fam that feels more like partners-in-crime than coworkers.
Where crazy ideas become reality, and every project feels like collective magic.”
